The operator finalized the sale of Tropicana Evansville to Bally’s Corp. The state gaming regulator ordered Caesars to secure the sale of three of its properties in Indiana by the end of 2020 as part of the approval process of the company’s $17.3 billion tie-up with Eldorado Resorts.

The company owns two gambling venues in North Carolina.
